The Chaffee Crossing Food & Artisan Market, presented by Choctaw Casino & Resort – Pocola, is a festival-style market happening every third Saturday from May through October in the Chaffee Crossing Historic District. Come celebrate local creativity with homegrown, handmade, and vintage goods from talented entrepreneurs. Vendors
If you are interested in becoming a vendor for the Food & Artisan Market, please complete the application linked below.
Tax packet process: You are responsible for sending in your sales tax collections to the State of Arkansas.
If you have a sales tax ID#, you may send in your sales tax collections with your regular filing.
If you do not have a sales tax ID#, you must fill out the special event sales tax form and send the form with your sales tax collections to the State within 30 days from the day of the market. Each market has a unique tax form (different numbers per events). Packets can be found below. Please download and print after each market.
Packets MUST be mailed in within 30 days of each event.
